Out-of-the-box Christmas Gifts
Tuesday, December 1, 2015

We’re all feeling the holiday spirit at Shackleford Crossings! The trees are up and lit, the air is cool and the cheer has spread across Little Rock, Arkansas! We’re so excited for the season and all the fun that comes with it. One of the most fun yet stressful activities during Christmas is gift giving. This year, we decided to think outside of the “retail box” and come up with out-of-the-box Christmas gifts for our Shackleford Crossings family!

Give Experiences

Sometimes, the gift isn’t as meaningful as the experience behind it. This holiday season, we suggest giving your loved one gifts that encourage experience. This may look different for each recipient. Maybe someone special to you loves golf and would enjoy a few new clubs and a day at the golf course with you. Perhaps you know someone who has a hobby and would love something from Hobby Town. The possibilities are endless – you just have to be creative.

Give Functionally

Some of the best presents are the simple ones we’d least expect. Everyone appreciates gifts that are useful and needed for their daily routines. Shoes or clothes for those busy friends or family members are not only functional but greatly appreciated because it saves them time from their regular schedules. Even gift cards to Babies R Us or Gordman’s are great ideas for that person who’s particular. As long as you give a gift with love, the recipient will be more than happy!

Give Creatively

Thinking out-of-the-box means trying something new and different. Maybe your friend likes to try new things or change their style. By going out and exploring different fashions they may like, you could open them up to a new sense of style!

These are just a few ideas, but they may be exactly what you need to blow your Christmas gifts out of the water this year! Good luck and happy holidays from Shackleford Crossings!
